After passing your driving test A-Class School of Motoring can offer you a Driver & Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) accredited further training course – Pass Plus.

It was designed by the DVSA with the help of insurers and the driving instruction industry. It is a standard set of instruction that is given by an Approved Driving Instructor (ADI). There are six different training modules which are all geared toward putting a safer young driver out on the road. 

Pass Plus is mainly aimed at helping new drivers become better drivers. It is designed to help a driver gain experience in more challenging driving conditions, including on motorways where provisional holders are not allowed.

What's involved?

The course lasts for a minimum of six hours and includes driving on motorways, night driving, urban and country roads. The idea is to take you away from roads that you know well and take you to other locations you are less familiar with. You will learn how to analyse and process what you are going towards and take the appropriate action to deal with it and keep you safe.

When you’ve passed, you can often get a discount on your car insurance and no test is required.
